Hi, I am Mike! I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. My goal is to assist people understand what they are experiencing and to help them in moving forward in their lives. I work in a non-judgmental and supportive setting, and use clinically proven strategies such as Person-Centered, System-based and empirically proven therapeutic modalities. I also utilize EMDR when working with Trauma and am certified in the Gottman Method for working with couples. Also, being former military, I am positioned to support veterans and active-duty personnel.
My ideal clients are searching for growth through change while dealing with life’s issues, including, but not limited to: grief, relationship issues, work issues, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and burn-out.

Through life experience, I have navigated a wide variety of events and circumstances, successfully managing hardships like job loss, burnout, prejudice, cancer, the death of loved ones, and retirement, while also embracing the joy of resilience. My goal is to leverage everything I offer to enhance your well-being.
