Jamuna Rosner, AMFT

Associate Therapist

Jamuna Rosner is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adolescents, individuals, and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, attachment-related concerns, and life transitions, including blended family dynamics.

Her approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based, with a focus on how early relational experiences and nervous system responses shape present-day patterns. She is trained in the Adult Attachment Repair Model (AARM), an experiential modality informed by EMDR principles, and integrates CBT, Motivational Interviewing, collaborative therapy, and IFS-informed parts work.

In her work with couples, Jamuna incorporates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method to help partners move out of cycles of conflict, improve communication, and build emotional safety and trust.

Her style is collaborative, relational, and nonjudgmental, supporting clients in increasing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and more secure ways of relating.
