Giana Nocera, AMFT
Associate Therapist
I’m passionate about creating a warm, compassionate, and empowering space where you can pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. My goal is to walk alongside you with empathy and curiosity as you navigate life’s challenges and rediscover your innate strength and resilience.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, I offer a collaborative and relational approach that honors your unique story. I integrate evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also certified in the Gottman Method for Couples Counseling.
Through EMDR and other approaches, I support clients in releasing old patterns and healing from the past—helping you move beyond survival and toward confidence, calm, and clarity. Together, we’ll work to understand what keeps you stuck, build self-compassion, and cultivate deeper connection and balance.
I believe therapy is not only about coping, but about transformation—creating lasting change and helping you live in alignment with your values and the life you truly deserve.
